MUYE interior composed with furniture, vessels, lighting, textiles and plants

EXHIBITION EDIT · MATERIAL / CRAFT / LIVING

Not a room of furniture.
A material world for living.

An exhibition-focused edit of furniture, textiles, vessels, lighting, natural fibre, stone and crafted objects — composed as one coherent material landscape.

THE EDIT

Material is the
starting point.

This edit moves beyond a conventional furniture presentation. It brings together the things that give a room its character: a handwoven rug underfoot, a vessel held in the hand, a stool moved from place to place, a paper light overhead, a cabinet for a daily ritual, and a timber surface that shapes the space around it.

Each piece belongs to a wider way of living — natural, useful, calm and made for long use. The collection can be read individually or assembled as a complete material landscape.

WHY THIS EDIT

Four qualities,
one clear identity.

The selection is organised for curators, retailers and design professionals who need to understand the collection quickly — through material, use and atmosphere rather than a long product catalogue.

Material first

Grain, colour, touch and natural variation are visible parts of the design, not effects added afterwards.

Craft visible

Joinery, edges and proportions show how a piece is made and why it can remain in use.

Adapted to context

Dimensions, finish direction and combinations can be discussed for a space or a retail setting.

Made for long use

Repairable construction and surfaces that can be maintained matter more than a short-lived effect.

01 / EVERYDAY OBJECTS

Objects for ritual

Small things establish the rhythm of a room: a tray, a low table, a surface for tea, flowers or books. Material and touch are experienced at close range.

Material Studies

Grain, edge, joint and finish presented as objects of attention in their own right.

02 / SMALL FURNISHINGS

Pieces that move with life

Chairs, stools, benches and occasional tables sit between object and architecture. They are close to the body, easy to move and useful in more than one setting.

03 / STORAGE & RITUAL

A place for what matters

Storage becomes part of living when it supports a repeated act: preparing tea, arranging objects, putting things away and bringing them back into view.

Cabinets & Display

04 / SCREENS, DOORS & LIGHT

Boundaries that breathe

A screen or glazed door can divide space without closing it down. Timber, glass and openings are composed to filter movement, sight and light.

Framed Glass Door

A timber framework that turns glass and changing light into part of the room.

Layered Living

Timber boundaries, plants and soft surfaces read together rather than as separate categories.

05 / SPATIAL PIECES

From object to interior

When the same material language moves into walls, storage, kitchens and built-in elements, individual pieces become part of a complete spatial atmosphere.

ONE MATERIAL LANGUAGE

Natural, useful,
quietly distinctive.

The exhibition edit is not defined by one product category. It is held together by a way of working: honest materials, restrained form, visible craft and the belief that useful things become more personal through time.
